Connect your store to Sync2Fashion

14.1) The Service requires the installation, carried out by and under the sole responsibility of the Customer, of Sync2Fashion plugins, modules or connectors on the Customer's e-commerce platform (by way of example WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento or equivalent). Such installation takes place on systems, servers and environments owned and managed exclusively by the Customer.

14.2) Before uploading, installing or updating any plugin package, the Customer must independently and at its own care perform a complete and working backup of the database and of all files of its website, verifying that it can be correctly restored. The Customer acknowledges that such backup is a necessary condition and an obligation falling exclusively upon it.

14.3) B2B TRADE S.r.l. disclaims and shall be released from any and all liability for damages, losses, malfunctions, unavailability, loss or alteration of data, service interruptions or prejudice of any nature, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in any way connected with the installation, configuration, update, removal or use of the Sync2Fashion plugins/connectors, including any conflicts with themes, third-party plugins, customizations, platform versions or the Customer's server configurations.

14.4) The Customer indemnifies and holds B2B TRADE S.r.l. harmless from any claim, demand or action, of its own or of third parties, resulting from the failure to perform, or incorrect performance of, the backup referred to in point 14.2 or otherwise arising from the installation and use of the plugins. The Customer's installation of the plugin package constitutes acceptance of this limitation of liability.

14.5) By design and as a safety choice, the Sync2Fashion plugins/connectors never perform any deletion, removal or automatic cleanup of data present on the Customer's store. Therefore, upon uninstalling or deactivating the plugin, any imported or generated data (by way of example products, variants, images, categories, prices, catalog content and related metadata) remains on the Customer's store, and the Customer shall be responsible for autonomously deleting or cleaning it up, where desired. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that B2B TRADE S.r.l. cannot be held liable for the failure to delete or clean up data following uninstallation, this being an intended and deliberate behaviour of the software.
